Uttarakhand HOPE Portal Job Registration Details

Uttarakhand government has launched “HOPE Portal” (Helping Out People Everywhere) at hope.uk.gov.in link. This Hope portal will help unemployed youth to get job opportunities. The portal would be used to collect the data on the youths of the state who are staying in as well as the recently returned migrant workers (labourers). People can now fill Skilled Professional Registration Form (कुशल पेशेवर पंजीकरण फार्म) at the portal to get employment.

The database at the hope.uk.gov.in/index.php/ portal will help employers to find suitable candidates as per their company requirements. The employers will get knowledge about the candidates like where they worked. The Uttarakhand HOPE Portal will help unemployed youths for job seeking and skill development.

After the complete data of jobless youths is uploaded and database is created at the Hope Portal, it would be linked with Mukhya Mantri Swarojgar Yojana.

Uttarakhand Hope Portal for Unemployed Youth / Migrant Workers

Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat launched HOPE Portal aimed at creating employment avenues for the trained youth and provide them skill development opportunities to increase their employment chances. This Hope portal will provide platform to those youths who are hunting for jobs and skill development through its database and will help potential employers to find human resources according to their needs.

The following information would be updated at the Hope portal:-

1) Last working company

2) Designation at last company

3) Specialization

4) Area of interest

5) Type of employment looking forward to work

Once the database is ready, the Hope portal will be linked with the Mukhya Mantri Swarojgar Yojana. Information on youths applying from a particular village will be readily available on the portal and will help in village-based analysis of the database. This data of skilled professionals will make it easier for the Uttarakhand government to work out village-specific programmes.

In view of the decline in employment opportunities due to COVID-19 outbreak, CM wants to train the youths or refine the skills of the trained to help them get jobs.

Hope Portal Launched for Skilled and Unskilled Youth of Uttarakhand

Chief Minister Uttarakhand Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat launched the “Hope” (helping out people Everywhere) portal on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, in the presence of the Cabinet at the Secretariat. The URL of this portal hope.uk.gov.in. The main objective of this portal is to create a database of skilled and unskilled youth and to provide employment/self-employment opportunities on the basis of the database. It is known that Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat had launched Chief Minister Self Employment Scheme a few days ago. This portal will play an important role in coordinating with this scheme.

Through the “Hope” portal, such youths of Uttarakhand who are skilled professionals in various states and Uttarakhand and are currently working in one or the other institution or who want to take training through the Skill Development Department in Uttarakhand, such This portal will act as a bridge for the youth. The database of this portal will be used by all the departments of the state and other employment providers to connect the youth with self-employment/employment.

With the inspiration of Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat, IT Department, Skill Development Department, Planning Department and NIC created this portal with mutual coordination. The web hosting of this portal has been done in the data center located at ITDA, IT Park, Government of Uttarakhand. From the Chief Minister’s Office, IT Advisor to Chief Minister Mr. Ravindra Dutt, Secretary IT Mr. RK Sudhanshu, Secretary Planning Mr. Amit Negi, Secretary Skill Development Dr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha, Director ITDA Mr. Amit Sinha, Deputy Director General of NIC Mr. K.K. Narayan, Shri Narendra Singh Negi, Technical Director, NIC played a key role in building this portal.
